Jack H. Wilson, Sr. President/CEOIn 1996, Jack H. Wilson Sr. created E-KreteTM and is the President and CEO of PolyCon Manufacturing. Since 1978 Wilson has had 11 U.S. patents issued for machines and processes, and two currently pending. In 1978, prior to founding PolyCon Manufacturing, he founded Surfmark Inc., a post tension concrete contracting company and Sunbelt Sealing Inc., an asphalt pavement company. In 1987 Wilson invented the Sport-Koter surfacing machine and became the owner of Sport-Kolor, an acrylic coating manufacturer. In 1989 he invented the Koter surfacing machine and became the owner of Koter Industries, manufacturing the proprietary coating machine. In 1993, Wilson sold Koter Industries to Hilti Ltd., a global construction products company located in Schaan, Lichtenstein and became a consultant to Hilti.
Bradley Wilson Executive Vice PresidentAt PolyCon, Bradley Wilson serves as executive vice president and oversees all manufacturing, formulations, quality control and distribution operations. Wilson grew up in the industrial coatings manufacturing business and has spent the majority of his career manufacturing high performance coatings for the paving industry. Wilson has operated manufacturing plants since 1996 and has more than 15 years of direct management experience in the industrial/chemical coatings manufacturing environment. He has also served in various financial functions for manufacturing operations. Wilson graduated from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
James H. Kopf, P. E., P.s. Vice President of EngineeringEmployed by the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) for 36 years, James "Jim" Kopf held several positions including Project Engineer, District Construction Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, then Deputy Director/Chief Engineer, before retiring in January 2003. During his tenure at MDOT, Kopf chaired the American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Special Committee on TRAC; served as vice chairman of the AASHTO Standing Committee on Traffic Safety; was a member of the AASHTO Standing Committee on Highways; and co-chaired the European Scanning Tour on Safety of Signalized Intersections co-sponsored by AASHTO and the Federal Highway Administration. In 2001 he was recognized by the Mississippi Society of Professional Engineers as Mississippi Government Engineer of the Year. He also served on a panel of judges for the Engineering Excellence Awards, a national competition sponsored by the American Council of Engineering Companies in 2002, 2003 and 2004. He was a member of the Mississippi State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Surveyors from 2001 through 2007, serving as president of the board for one term. Upon retirement from MDOT, he assumed the position of Vice President and Regional Manager for the southeastern offices of Michael Baker Jr., Inc. After five years with Michael Baker, he joined PolyCon Manufacturing as Vice President-Engineering. Kopt graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Civil Engineering.
